252 Church Condos will be 52 storey tower with 615 mixed condo units. Units will be a mix of 82 studio, 174 one bedroom, 195 one bedroom plus den, 102 two bedroom and 62 three bedroom layout. In addition to these units, 16 will be Nishnawbe suites. The estimated completion date for Two Fifty Two Church Condos is still unknown.
252 Church Condos will have a dedicated third floor to only indoor amenity space with a small outdoor amenity on the northwest corner. On the fourth floor, there will also be additional amenity space.
Two Fifty Two Church Condos will feature 3,390 square feet of retail space on the ground-level. The building will have underground parking garage which will contain 69 parking spaces and 554 bicycle spaces.
Amenities
The building will also offer a total of 18,000ft² of amenity space. Level three will be entirely dedicated to indoor amenity space, with 8,700ft² of outdoor space on the north west corner, featuring multiple barbecues and dining areas. There will be additional amenity space provided on the fourth floor. The interior amenities will consist of a co-working space, a spacious game room and lounge, and a 5,600ft² fitness studio. The fitness centre of 252 Church will be unique, as it will include a CrossFit studio and a specially designated Peloton lounge.
Because of its central location, the building is not only within walking distance of many frequently visited city spots, but also very well connected by transit: 252 Church will sit 300 metres from Dundas subway station on the Yonge-University line for north-south travel, while the Dundas streetcar also passes right past the building, conveniently stopping at Church Street, travelling east-west.
